1. Sales invoices and packing lists, which is used for us to check the detailed information of the relevant goods from our quality control database.
2. Please send us failure reports by e-mail or fax, which is used for us to contact with the corresponding manufacturers to consult the quality and to eliminate potential risks.

Samples of questioned items need to be provided by the customer, which will be submitted to the manufacturers or to the third party, authorized testing organization, to conduct detailed inspection and analysis. Thus, we can find the root of the quality problem and tackle quality risks more effectively. If the goods are confirmed of defects, Double Winconductor promises a full recall of the goods and bears all the transportation costs.
Authentic and detailed records of RMA and inspection procedures will be taken by related person, implementing relevant "Unqualified Goods Reports" and "Reports for Rectifying and Preventing" procedures to eradicate the reoccurring of the similar incidents.
