The quality management system begins with purchasing, which includes suppliers' supervision, systematic management and grade. We firmly believe that quality control starts with the "Supply of goods". Therefore, we have a whole set of professional quality control system, including the inspection of appearance, electrical performance, specifications comparison, function, and image collection, etc.
Relying on the coordination of many testing centers with the third party certification, we can test all sample components that are under suspicion of quality defects.
Our quality management system also includes timely delivery according to customers' detailed requirements, such as requirements for labels and packaging. We can choose different logistics centers to ensure that the goods can be efficiently transported to the destination within the specified time.
Supplier Base Management
Double Win implements ISO9001:2008 management system standards and audits each supplier strictly. Nowadays, we have a large supplier grading system, including detailed information of more than 4500 existing suppliers, and the system will audit all the suppliers and make strict grading quarterly.
