Quality Check Procedures

A strict quality inspection process is the center of the quality control system in Winking. In order to ensure our customers can purchase and use it securely, we implement every inspection procedure practically and effectively. The advanced testing process, professional testing equipments and experienced IQC engineers, are important factors to ensure our customers world first-class quality goods.


Appearance  Inspection

We inspect appearance of all the warehouse goods and take detailed inspection records.

Manufacturers,  part numbers, quantity, date code and RoHS;

Packaging--whether the packaging is intact or not, whether it is in compliance with the corresponding standards of MSL;

Marking, consistency and the original specifications and documentation check;

Material appearance, dust condition, pin(whether it is deformed and whether it shows signs of oxidation);

HS CODE--whether the invoice is the same with packing list information.


Re-examination by Engineers

All doubt-raising materials in Appearance Inspection should be re-examined by engineers.

Review the process conducted in appearance inspection;

Check the manufacturer’s label/marking and coding logo with reference to the quality control database;

Barcode scanning inspection;

Check with the original factory lot number, date code, and relevant wafer/packaging origins;

Simple electrical performance test.
